What IPTVS is
IPTVS is a media player. We do not provide channels, playlists, provider accounts or media content. You choose the sources you connect and are responsible for having permission to use them.
Data stored on the device
IPTVS stores source metadata and app settings on your devices. Private source details use Apple Keychain where supported. Watch history contains display metadata and playback position, not passwords or private stream URLs.

iCloud Sync
When iCloud Sync is active, IPTVS uses the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account to keep supported app data in step. Credentials and private M3U/XMLTV URLs use Apple Keychain where supported and encrypted CloudKit record fields for cross-device access, including Apple TV. Source names, source types and Xtream server addresses are part of the synced source record. Sync availability depends on your Apple Account, iCloud service and network connection.
- Synced: source setup and private connection details, favorites, custom lists, movie and episode progress, and selected viewing and display settings
- Device-local: recent searches, catalog caches, playback bookkeeping and developer controls
- Live TV does not create a resume position
Contact with your provider
When you add or refresh a source, necessary requests go directly from your device to the server address you entered. Your provider processes those requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
Movie Database (TMDB)
IPTVS can contact The Movie Database (TMDB) for public discovery lists, genres and supplemental movie and TV-series metadata. Results are always filtered back to titles already playable from sources you added. TMDB does not supply streams or unlock any title.
- Discovery requests contain the selected list, app language and device region
- Detail and identity requests can contain a public TMDB/IMDb identifier or one selected title and year
- IPTVS never sends provider details, source or stream URLs, credentials or a copy of your catalog to TMDB
- Selected-title lookups are used only for app functionality, are not linked to your identity by IPTVS and are not used for tracking or advertising
Purchases
Premium purchases, restoration and any Family Sharing are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive only the information needed to verify whether a relevant purchase is active. Apple handles payment details.
Local network and casting
On iPhone, IPTVS may request local network access to discover compatible Google Cast and AirPlay devices. Discovery is used for the feature you choose to activate.
No advertising tracking
IPTVS contains no third-party advertising network, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and creates no advertising profiles. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies to this website. The hosting provider may process technical request and security data under its own privacy policy.
Delete data
Remove a source in the app to delete its source record and associated private connection details; iCloud propagates that removal when Sync is active. App data can also be removed by uninstalling according to each Apple platform's behavior, but uninstalling one device does not by itself erase data already synced through iCloud. Purchases and subscriptions are managed in your Apple account.
